About El Khayyat Gypsum
El-Khayyat Gypsum Company Limited is a private Saudi company established in 2007, manufacturing and supplying gypsum plasterboard and complete drywall systems — boards, framing, fixings and finishing compounds — across the Kingdom, the wider Middle East and Africa.
Manufacturing is carried out at our facility in Yanbu Industrial City, where natural gypsum is processed and boards are produced to the ASTM and EN standards cited throughout this dossier. Our head office is in Jeddah.
We supply complete systems rather than components, so that a partition, ceiling or lining is built from one manufacturer’s products, against one set
of test evidence.
